Cervoz Industrial M.2 2280 Embedded Module T421 family is a Solid State Flash Disk product that is in compliance with the M.2 and PCIe Gen3x4 standards. The M.2 2280 T421 family is designed for compact embedded systems that cannot accommodate chunky double-sided SSDs. Its single-sided design features slimmer dimensions, allowing the drive to fit into any M.2 2280(M) sockets found in slim PCs or ultra-thin motherboards. The M.2 2280 T421 family can be used for both booting and storage purposes.
T421 family uses TLC NAND Flash. Cervoz's firmware builds in a powerful ECC algorithm call Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC) decoding to improve data reliability. This product includes various capacities to choose from.
