As the population rocketed in cities around the world, urban transportation infrastructures, like roads, highways, subways, and railways, have fallen behind in meeting traffic needs, leading to traffic congestion worldwide. AAM (Advanced Air Mobility) is recognized globally as a solution to overburdened transportation systems. It is an emerging field of aerostatic and autonomous technology using eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) aircraft and Vertiports (Vertical Airports) to transport passengers or cargo at lower altitudes in urban and rural areas. As governments successively announce policies targeting zero-emissions transportation, electric vehicles (EVs) are now snowballing in global popularity and market, around 160% increase in sales in H1 of 2021 compared to 2020, and is estimated to keep expanding significantly for the upcoming years. Parking lots and garages have been around since we can remember. As automobiles and motorcycle ownership became commonplace, the infrastructure that house them did too.
